IMO, they won’t be led to Christ. Most know their sin well, will not confess, will not repent. Most are effectively anti-Christian Sodomite soldiers.
There isn’t anyone who doesn’t know the truth through general revelation and I don’t prejudice the power of God to translate them into the family.
The only way what you say is true is if the Gospel has lost its power to save to the uttermost. They live in gross darkness, blind and miserable. God did not send His Son into the world so they could remain there. If we care enough to give them the Gospel they can and will be saved.
