Maybe it’s because half or 2/3 of the crime and trouble is caused by them? You’d have to be blind not to see how bad that train “service” has gotten for the few remaining civil, peaceable, and bathed citizens still trying to ride it.
The only remedy is to shut BART down immediately and destroy the cars, tracks and stations.
Most dogs ordered by government authorities to be destroyed are pit bulls. Should some people rant about discrimination or remove the PC blindfolds and realize that most dog attacks on people are by pit bulls?

I can understand only that this is an area they need to look into. And while you’re at it, can you answer the question of why 74.4% of the NBA is black. And why is there only one white player on the city’s NBA champion Golden State Warriors?
Could it be that they can’t find anyone to fit in with their game? Just like the city can’t let criminal blacks use the BART? This road travels both ways in Frisco.

The “racial disparity” has a source. It’s the racial disparity of the suspects. That is not controlled by the police it is encountered by the police. The police would not be doing their job if they ignored suspects simply in order to obtain statistical results with less racial disparity.
