Yep, she has no case history and her writings as a prof are theoretical stuff.
But, she has no specific record on Roe v. Wade.
And, Trump knows he has to give cover to Sen. Collins.
Was Kethledge there when Kennedy wrote about Roe v. Wade?
She has spoken several times about Roe being wrongly decided. In fact, she has spoken more about Roe than most nominees have.
She also said that Obamacare was wrongly decided by Roberts.
She was a clerk to Scalia and is an originalist. I do not think she will go wobbly.
She said in 2016 that she did not think the SCOTUS would overturn Roe 100%. That is, the battles would be fought over late term abortions and other restrictions/regulations. I would guess she would be opposed to late term abortions in most cases, but it's anybody's guess on 1st trimester, in my opinion. But such a case may never come up in SCOTUS.
