There’s a reason why the GOP establishment and liberal establishment are crucifying Barrett and not Kavanaugh. Roe v. Wade. It’s safe with Kavanaugh. Not so much with Barrett.
I don’t think that Kennedy gets to vote on his replacement. He may express his favored replacement (one of the K’s) but I’ll bet Amy Barret wins out! We’ll see pretty soon who Trump picks. I’m waiting until Tuesday. He says it’ll be a strong constitionalist. I still vote Amy out of the 3!
