It’s certainly part of the equation.
Bottom line, this country needs to be optimized to support traditional families.
If people want to do other things also, that’s fine. But our continued survival as a people depends on traditional families producing traditional kids, ad infinitum.
I gotta wonder, with 5 kids of her own, why bring two more foreign kids here?

Kavanaugh says Roe V. Wade is established precedent. Kavanaugh says he’s a church going, lifelong Catholic. Kavanaugh is a clone of Kennedy.
There’s a reason why the GOP establishment and liberal establishment are crucifying Barrett and not Kavanaugh. Roe v. Wade. It’s safe with Kavanaugh. Not so much with Barrett.

I am sorry for your loss, and for the child’s. I know of one such case where a good foster couple, fully intending to adopt, did a heroic rehab job on a young girl and had her on solid ground before DCM came back into the picture. The couple fought to retain custody but the judge put reunification as the top priority. Within a year, the girl, now a young teenager, was addicted and DCM was prostituting her for drug money. Some judges are going to burn in hell.

Both she and he are working 70-80 hours/week jobs.
There simply aren’t enough hours in the day for these two to be raising their own children.
I GENERALLY agree with you But I just don’t trust her not turning on us years down the road because my gut tells me that anyone that would “choose” to have SEVEN kids in todays world and then want to have an 80 hour a week job is NUTS !!!

I don’t think that Kennedy gets to vote on his replacement. He may express his favored replacement (one of the K’s) but I’ll bet Amy Barret wins out! We’ll see pretty soon who Trump picks. I’m waiting until Tuesday. He says it’ll be a strong constitionalist. I still vote Amy out of the 3!
Having her sit on the Court while she goes through menopause doesn’t seem to be a great idea either. A woman can go through dramatic personality changes during that time. She could come out the other side as a totally different person.
More I consider it the more I think Barrett is a really really bad idea.
