I have found if Coulter is pushing for something or someone there’s good reason to avoid it/them.
She’s unreliable, unprincipled and often shrill.
Kavanaugh may be fine, but a lot of the people pushing for him are part of the D.C. entrenched state. Karl Rove wants him. Rove is too dense to realize his endorsement does Kavanaugh more harm than good.
My choice is Kethledge, followed by Thapur and Barnett. And no, Kethledge isn’t, as Coulter claims, an open border zealot. She needs to read his opinions, she’s smart enough but seems to prefer muddying the waters.
They all seem shady to me (exception is Thapur because no one is talking much about him). I say get rid of the idea that the person has to be there for 40 years...get a true traditional originalist and be done with it. 10-15 years on the court can do wonders and will decide many of the so called hot button issues. No chances. Keep winning elections and you can get another one in 2 or 3 elections
