Looks like Kavanaugh may be strongest on immigration and maybe foremost in Trump's mind right now the Mueller/Russia probe which will probably go to the Supreme Court if Trump refuses to meet with Mueller and is subpoenaed as is likely.

Kavanaugh has argued that sitting Presidents should not be subject to depositions in criminal investigations until after their terms are over.

Even crazy Coulter is right on this one. Kavanaugh is the documented supporter of our Second Amendment. It's on record with his dissent on a case. He's the only one with a record of his opposition against an assault weapons ban.

The Vince Foster thing with Kavanaugh is worrisome, but he clearly has the best and deepest conservative/constitutional record of those in the running.
