It all depends upon who and how the lines are drawn. As proposed it’s a disaster, a leftist power grab. Done correctly the right would gain immensely until those in the Blue state portion start getting pnked. Then they’ll then move out of the cities and infest the other two states.
Therefore it will never happen. It's destined to become the next Detroit. Keep it as it is and let the democrat Marxists get the credit they so richly hideserve.
But something that would help is if the voting records from the last election (especially Los Angeles county) could be examined for inaccuracies and other shenanigans.
No chance for that either though 😠.
