1865 should have made that clear, the 17th Amendment made it useless.

I read an article in the Washington Times, or Post that came out saying that yes zero was a Manchurian candidate.

I was like Whaaaaa? I had to pinch myself and re-read the article to make sure I didn’t imagine it.
