Those were mainly Muslim vs anti-Muslim and could happen here eventually. Could happen in Europe more easily by a "right wing" government trying to restore law and order. Anarcho-tyranny as proposed by Sam Francis the concept is that the law abiding are constantly hounded for small crimes while big time criminals roam free as the justice system breaks down. Trump will restore law and order for the time being but the leftists will eventually take over again to continue their anarcho-tyranny. As we get furrther down the road to a civil war the anarchy will increase along with the tyranny.
Many suburbs will be virtual prisons with almost complete tyranny, but the cities could devolve into anarchy as you suggest. Depending on which leftists are in power, the vigilance committees will be tracked down and wiped out while the gangs are allowed to pillage and loot within certain liimits. It might gradually become the new normal.
We really don’t need the Muslims, we already have a growing militant anti-Christian segment. I see a time not to far off wherein being a devote Christian will be a crime (maybe unofficially but a crime never the less) and Christians will be rob beaten hunted and kill, Their homes and business burned to force them out of blue areas.
