Wasn’t Lee caught up in scandal a year or so ago, then disappeared from public. I seriously doubt he could pass scrutiny. Besides, the last thing we need is a politician on the supreme court. Give us a credible jurist.

Yes he was, something about contributions to his campaign. He went AWOL during Obama’s second term pretty much.
