Great article written by a man who was 10 times more influential in the bringing about and sustaining the Reagan Revolution than token “conservative” George Will ever was. (And who is also a much better writer).

He was in the snooty political commentary business, pushed all his chips in against Trump figuring his loss would make Will look like a genius - a wealthy genius in demand by all the TV panels, selling lots of books of why his party went adrift and what they can do to get back on track.
Then, within the span of about 3 hours, Trump destroyed his earning power. Destroyed it. The only way he can make money know is being a Republican foil for the left. That’s all you needed to know. For him, making money is more important than advancing conservatism.
So is Steve Schmidt, Nicole Wallace, Ben Shapiro, Mike Murphy, Rick Wilson and many more.
They ALL should NEVER be allowed back into the main fold of the party; ever.

Wow, did that take some organizing effort to pull off! The look on Bill Clinton's face was priceless. It didn't take a genuis to figure out that Trump only talked about what Clinton actually did, with Hillary enabling him all the way!
George Will reminds me of John Kerry. They are both arrogant elitists who are too stupid to realize they are wrong on pretty much everything.
