I was under the impression he already got rid of the 60 vote rule.
I don't think there ever was a rule just a custom, they didn't even use it against Bork. Mitch will have trouble with his RINOs that will be sufficient to derail a true conservative. Right now Flake is holding up any votes on Judges.
