Better idea: Disallow Electors from their states should they do this. There is already precedent for disallowing EC electors' votes.
Remember we have a corrupt Congress too so some liberal judge would rule that withholding states funds was against the law, our no balls congress would agree because that’s what they want too, they hate Trump too.
