On behalf of my hometown of Lexington, I want to apologize for the rudeness of one liberal New York transplant (who also happens to be Meryl Streep's cousin). We hope you will come back and enjoy our area's true southern hospitality.

I’m OVERJOYED to be moving soon from the Charlotte, NC “Urbanopolis”, to the glorious high country of North Carolina. Praise GOD that He has made it possible for me and mine. I see more and more New York license plates as each day passes (New Jersey too). Thirty years ago this was a nice place to live. More like hell every day.
The mountain side is being graded as I type and less used household goods are being boxed.

FWIW, Congresswoman, Debbie Wasserman-Shultz was born in Queens, NY, and it’s a well-known fact that NYC types “retire” or have second homes in Florida and manage to vote in both places.
These people are born into a $hit hole ( the boroughs of NYC), so I guess you can’t blame them for leaving. I mean they are really no different that the illegal aliens from Mexico and Central America.
