During Saturday’s Weekly Address, President Trump discussed immigration and said that the “crisis of illegal immigration” can only be solved by Congress “and the only solution that will work is being able to detain, prosecute, and promptly remove anyone who illegally crosses the border.”
Transcript as Follows:
“Our country is currently facing a crisis of illegal immigration on our southern border. Democrat-supported loopholes in our federal laws have enabled roughly half-a-million illegal immigrant family members and minors from Central America to be released into the United States since 2014, at unbelievably tremendous taxpayer expense.
While illegal aliens can only be held for a period of days or weeks, it can take years to move their cases through the legal system to actually try to send them back to their home countries. It is a ridiculous process. For example, of the removal orders issued for unaccompanied alien children over a recent two-year period, 90% were done in absentia, that means they weren’t there and they never showed up for their removal hearing. What else is new?
The United States could not have an open border to every illegal alien family and minor on the face of the earth. We must have rules. We must have laws. And we must enforce those laws. The driving factor in the surge of illegal families and minors is the belief that there will be no consequence for illegal entry and no likelihood of removal or reprisal.

Putting them in the criminal justice system plays right into the hands of the pro-broken borders crowd. Under Immigration law and U.S.sovereignty, no crime needs to be committed for an alien to be deported and removed immediately upon being discovered entering the country without going througnh the immigration process through a U.S. consulate in a foreign country. The US slso has the right and the obligation to LIMIT or completely BLOCK the number of immigrants entering the U.S.from any country. Once we start charging them with statutory “crimes” they get lawyers and a whole host of “rights” under the U.S. criminal justice system with the lay courts and lay judges who administer it. The United States has the right to repel invaders and those who enter the country in any way other than that prescribed by Immigration Law. Immigration Law is not subject to judicial decision-making. Tnis is a big mistake and the president should know better. It will take dozens of years to “process” all aliens storming the border you are talking about hundreds of thousands of legal cases this is Cloward Piven strategy from the left, with a goal of overwhelming and overloading all systems this country has against invasion. This is war being waged against America by all of the corrupt regimes in South America including Mexico in a plan to shift the cost of supporting and housing all of their nonproductive populations onto American taxpayers, with the Democrat Party aiding and abetting the enemy from within our borders, government, and media.
Hook them up to a polygraph when they make their claims. Or better yet: just say we don’t believe you; bye, bye.
Keep them out (build the wall) and we won’t have to deal with them at all.
You start by sending this group back immediately. They broke the law, send them back. That will slow down more coming up. Have so many judges available, including military judges that the immigration lawyers are overwhelmed. No postponements allowed. After the borders slow they can work on deporting the felons and after that clean out those who are dependent on the welfare system.
There are a LOT of very good people in Mexico and South and Central America who are waiting to get in the right way.

I have been above the dirt for 60 years. I have never seen a leader like this one. Probably never will again.
Happy birthday tomorrow, keep voting Republican and tell your friends. We need your generation to keep America great. I believe Trump will triumph in 2020 and KAG until Jan 2025. After that I’m not sure, but if we secure our borders and continue to educate others about truth, justice and the American way, and ignore the abject pathetic lies of the gaslighting media and their GOPe and DNC masters, we will continue to be a great country. Go President Trump!

No prosecution needed. Keep them out by building the wall and whenever anyone gets across the border, escort them to the nearest entry and out the gate. I also like the idea that any US money going to countries home to these illegals should be reduced or stopped altogether. If we were to do that you would seee see an immediate halt in activity at the border.
Please stop calling them “immigrants.” Thay are not. The official “immigrants” going back to earlier years are those who are legally in the country - those with green cards.
Fingerprints of soetoro and Soros are all over this latest “border crisis”.
