I was working at the Goldman Sachs building, a block down the street when it happened. There’s also a nice whole foods in that direction on the other side of the street. It was just a hiccup for NY, but for the families of those who lost their lives, not so much.
I worked in Midtown for 17yrs, and had moved to PA to open a 20ac nursery/garden ctr, and was just coming to work when I heard about the first tower being hit. I knew who it was, without being being told by any talking heads.
