You start with the Leftist assumption: if immigration laws primarily prevent non-whites from entering, then the border itself must be racist
But since they apply the 14th Amendment to all mankind - not just the citizens that it applies to - then this is un-Constitutional discrimination
By this logic the border itself must be un-Constitutional
Thus the conclusion is it’s a civil right to enter the United States...but only if you’re non-white
