Like Lois Lerner. She was still a government employee when she refused to testify. She retired and collected a full pension. Loretta Lynch and Jeff Sessions both chose not to prosecute her.

Tonight I suspect the odds are Strzok, like Hillary, is enjoying a nice after dinner drink instead of quaking in fear at the prospect of a subpoena.

Yeah, because subpoenas are soooooo haaaaard to get.

Bull$hit. He needs to be fired and arrested. All of them. But Sessions is refused.

#19. Thank you for your statement. I’ve been trying to tell my wife that if the govt fires you, you might not be subject to internal discipline but if you are still an employee, even if on “leave”, you are subject to their jurisdiction.

LOL. Same was said about Page. Then she retired, too. Might want to revise your analysis. He still has a job because there is no will in the Deep State to reform the FBI. Sorry.
