Intel has a very strict Non-Fraternization policy to keep from having any possible conflict of interest.

Worst Intel CEO ever and he will not be missed.

So now an affair makes you unsuitable for your job?

So now an affair makes you unsuitable for your job?

Depends on with whom you're committing adultery.

He completely screwed up the embedded market for Intel.

Every manager is required to adhere to the Non-Frat rules at Intel.
One of my best friends had to transfer her BF to a different dept to avoid the conflict.

BK should never have been promoted to CEO.
Power hungry, vindictive and dangerous to cross.
He drove many good people out of the company.

Fired and now is going to have a messy divorce on his hands.
His wife doesn’t look like the type to forgive and forget.

Obviously the love partner deserves a large bonus, stock options etc from the board of directors. Got rid of a bad CEO.

PR types calling it a ‘consensual relationship’ deserve a slap.

What’s a non-consensual relationship? Voyeurism? Stalking? Keeping a woman in chains?

It was violating the non-frat rules that got him fired.
Transferring the woman to a different dept he had no control over would have fixed the problem.

Unlike many companies, Intel really means it when they say “Don’t do this”

Bill Gates is doing a major fist-pump right now given that he did the exact same thing.

But Melinda Gates is doing an even bigger fist-pump since she hit the jackpot in the world’s oldest profession before her feminist sisters poisoned relations between the sexes.

If Sessions would wake up from his long slumber, we could see if this Intel powerplay is legal and was the result of blackmail, but NO, Mr. Magoo is a Beverly Hills Granny.

There will be celebrations within Intel today.
BK was HATED within the company.

“Worst Intel CEO ever and he will not be missed. “

Many stockholders will disagree.

In the 5 years he was CEO the stock more than doubled in price.

More than doubled.

Both profits and market share have increased. Strategic acquisitions have opened new markets.

>>So now an affair makes you unsuitable for your job?<<

Would you want your pastor to continue on after an affair with a church member?

Our CEO was fired after jetting an attractive aide all over the country and falsifying expense statements to pay for it. lol

Caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

“BK was HATED within the company.”

Every CEO who acts is hated by some elements within the company. Malcontents and those who fear change.

I was there for 2 years under a contract, just recently. I heard no animus directed at him.

And it’s impossible to argue with his results.

Intel has a very strict Non-Fraternization policy

Well, I wonder if that's because of what Andy Grove's fraternization policy was....my boss when I worked at Intel told about Grove's womanizing....and I had to laugh when a famous feminist magazine whose name I cannot recall named him Man of the Year, or something, in about 1994....baaawwaaahhhhh

I have many friends still working at Intel.
BK had nothing to do with the stock price.
These were all things put in place by Paul Ortelini.

BK screwed up the mobile phone push, the tablet direction and really, really screwed up the 10nm design roadmap.
The worst was his mandate to diversify the company.
People are being hired just to meet a quota and the ones being hired are NOT very good.

Can’t say more as much more is very very top secret.
I left Intel 4 years ago but still respect their secrets.
