Openly proclaiming yourself to be a Marxist should be as socially unacceptable as openly proclaiming yourself to be a Nazi. But no, you can get a job at the DOJ and threaten your boss.
This situation is at least as bad as when the federal government was infested with communists during the FDR administration.
