Obama/Holder/Lynch spent 8 years recruiting/hiring/promoting such creatures into DOJ and other federal agencies. This action by this strange overpaid DOJ employee is not unexpected. Take it to the bank...there are many, many others like her scattered throughout government.

Actually, George H.W. Bush spent 4 years hiring moderate to liberal Republicans into government in his mold. Then Bill Clinton spent 8 years hiring leftists. George W. Bush did nothing to remove Clinton carryovers in his 8 year term and his hires were moderate to liberal globalist Republicans in the mold of his father. Then came the 8 years of Obama. During the past 28 years the federal bureaucracy has been transformed from civil servant bureaucrats to a highly politicized left wing social activist organization.
Unfortunately Trump the campaigner was not prepared to fill key positions on the day he was elected. He has been slow in filling the 4000 positions he can appoint and the Senate has been slow walking his appointees. His administration is still full of Obama/Bush/Clinton holdovers at high levels. Until those jobs are filled with “high energy” Trump loyal appointees, the hard work of rooting out the social activists will not even begin.
What makes the situation worse is not all of Trump’s appointees are supporting his agenda. Look at Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein at DOJ, which is one of the departments that needs a thorough house cleaning. Nothing is being done there to identify and remove the corruption since those in charge are not on the team. FBI Director Wray, also a Trump appointee, also seems to be working for another team.
Chris Christie was Trump’s transition chief during the election and he apparently did a poor job of identifying people to staff the administration. Trump, who during the campaign often bragged about being able to bring the best people from the business world into government has fallen far short of the standard he set.
The left has worked at filling every position possible with socialist for the last 50 years. Government, education, media and unions.
