Okay, then by your reasoning FR writer 'I want the USA back' should also be charged with felony incitement? Consider he wrote in this thread "punching in the nose does not remove the threat. To remove the threat, he must be killed."

Both inappropriate, a slippery slope if this is felony incitement.
