The only real solution to this is found in Numbers Chapter 31:1-18, but I will focus on verses (vss 15-18) which show the only solution to cleansing a nation of the evil people who have immigrated and have become a horrible influence on the young and society in general. Here we see the solution put forth to stop the problem of the Midianites constantly trying to kill the Jews. These passages follow a total defeat of Midian by the Jews:

It's funny you mention that. It reminds me of the kid Emmett Till who was killed in Mississippi years ago. He was made something of a cause célèbre by the liberal media. Till was a Chicago delinquent who dressed like a gangsta and strutted around a small town in Mississippi where he was visiting.
