A joint committee from House Ove rsight and House Judiciary are conducting a hearing today at 10:00am EDT with DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz. Unlike the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing yesterday the House team has representatives far more knowledgeable of the issues. Hopefully, expertise will deliver better questions.
Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte has direct primary oversight authority over the DOJ. Chairman Trey Gowdy comes from the aggregate Oversight/Reform Committee. Far more House members have read the 568-page IG report. Due to a better informed group of members we are more optimistic for detailed, specific, confrontational and challenging questions to draw out the key issues. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

It would be fun to do a “greatest hits” version of this hearing, where all the dumbass democrat questions and nonsense are put together. And where the good Republican’s questions can be watched without the annoying interludes.
Good Grief... Horowitz doesn’t seem to know or case how many e-mails were illegally exchanged between Clinton and Obama or if they were classified or not (he has to “refresh his memory” on that).

So, in so many of these minor decisions, they seemed to go Hillary's way. By the time they had to look at the big picture, and the amount of evidence at their disposal, they made what Horowitz is claiming to be a bias-free decision.
