If you like Armenians then Glendale is your nirvana....they are. But abrupt for my taste
Overall, Latinos are the top ethnicity, but of course people live in pockets. I am in the unique situation of coming back to the exact neighborhood, well, the exact house, where I grew up. This particular neighborhood was 90% white as I grew up, 70% liberal Jews. Now it is majority mother language Armenian, Farsi, and Hebrew. The Persians also are mostly Jewish here. When we trick or treated, I only heard 25% English speakers. They are buying up $2 mil homes and renovating them more fancy. They are trying to avoid the Persian Palaces of the 90s but still enlarging these things.
