“Congress let them do it” is the critical point. Congress passes vague laws so that they can claim they didn’t do whatever damage it might cause. GHW Bush’s Americans With disabilities Act is a perfect example. Congress only cares about continuing to live the millionaires lifestyle that comes with the position. Disgusting!!
