That is repair of the parts of the wall that are already built. The $1.3 trillion dollar omnibus bill blocked any new wall from being built.
Well of course it’s for securing and restoring damaged and weakened areas already there. You do not connect new material to that and expect it to hold for years. You’re just defeating the purpose of the new structure. The money has been alloted for that and more.
