I think you should put him back in and leave him $1.00. He’ll get to know what the other beneficiaries got and he didn’t. ANd he’ll know you were thinking of him, and it wasn’t an oversight.

I have always heard that as standard legal advice in that situation. That it’s a much stronger defense to any challenges.
