Who is to say this is McCain saying or tweeting anything? He should be forced out of office. Why isn’t there a method of removing elected officials from office for mental or physical incapacitation?
I was going to say there should be a law, but really there shouldn't need to be one. A United States Senator should have enough common sense and respect for their constituents to resign under such a situation. Mitch McConnell himself has said John McCain has not voted or shown up in the Senate since December 2017. That is totally inexcusable of McCain to leave Arizonans with one Senator representing their state for so long. Everyone knows it too, but prominent people and politicians are afraid to say it because of the brain cancer thing.
