The only thing worse than realizing how corrupt the DOJ is, is knowing that Rip-Van-JeffSinkhole is on the case.

The IG report says no bias.
Case closed. Time to move on.

I noticed the ComPost and New York Lies have articles massaging the report just a bit before the public has the report?

So you figure they've had it for a week or more now to lock and load their narrative?

I’ll believe it when I see it with my own eyes, thank you very much.

“The OIG did not find “documentary or testimonial evidence that that improper considerations, including political bias, ...”, this conclusion specifically states that, “ the conduct by these employees cast a cloud over the entire FBI investigation and sowed doubt about the FBI’s work on, and its handling of, the Midyear investigation.” In other words, the FBI and DOJ employees did not give him documents or testimony admitting their bias. Of course they didn’t; those corrupt people were not going to sign their own indictment and admit their crimes. The OIG is not saying there wasn’t bias, because this same paragraph clearly states that he believes their was bias.”

Thanks for nothing.

“The Hatch Act of 1939, officially An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, is a United States federal law whose main provision prohibits employees in the executive branch of the federal government, except the president, vice-president, and certain designated high-level officials,[1] from engaging in some forms of political activity. It went into law on August 2, 1939. The law was named for Senator Carl Hatch of New Mexico.”

“It provides that persons below the policy-making level in the executive branch of the federal government must not only refrain from political practices that would be illegal for any citizen, but must abstain from “any active part” in political campaigns.”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hatch_Act_of_1939

“Removal is the only penalty authorized for violation of the Hatch Act, under 5 U.S.C.S. § 1505. “

“5 U.S.C.S. § 7326 requires the board to impose a penalty on federal employees, consisting of not less than 30 days’ suspension without pay, even where the board determines that the violation does not warrant removal. In other words, although a state employee may avoid a penalty for violating the Hatch Act, a federal employee cannot avoid being penalized.”

Sounds like “obstruction of justice” to me.

It’s just as if Nixon had shortchanged Congress one tape.

Not only was it missing, but this smoking gun was declared to be insufficient evidence of political bias by the OIG report.

I guess the only acceptable evidence would have been Strzok writing,

“I am not taking the Clinton investigation seriously, and am doubling my efforts to take Trump down with a fake Russian dossier. I am doing so because my political bias is directly effecting my professional conduct at the FBI.”

No, strike my previous comment: Horowitz would have declared that insufficient, too.

In theory, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were having an affair. But, on another thread, a FReeper noted that neither of their spouses is making any indication of filing for divorce. Could it be that the “affair” was just cover for an illicit communication channel between FBI and DOJ?

How could a sane person state that “We’ll stop Trump from becoming president” is insufficient evidence of political bias? Only if Horowitz holds the same view and wants to protect Strzok.

They don’t mind because it don’t matter. Pretty much zero faith that the DOH-J will do anything of consequence to any anti-Trump actions.

The head of counterintelligence for the FBI should not even consider making such statements much less putting them in writing.

This statement by Strzok & Page was left out of prior reports.

Who in the FBI hid this?

That person needs to be identified & fired.
