Okay, so 15 minutes ago you were “briefed” about a “new law” enacted on Monday and now you change that assertion to “I believe it’s an Executive Order.”

That sounds an awful lot like a Democrat or a playground braggart but I suppose it can be chalked up to the excitement of the moment?
