Did not Mattis SAY we were using kinetic weapons over there?
I don’t know. And I’m not saying that’s what happened in NK. I’m just saying we certainly have the technology and capability.

‘Pressed on whether that might include so-called “kinetic” options that use lethal force, Mattis said: “I don’t want to go into that.”
