This punk whose father was PM and from Montreal was educated in Montreal. I recall these French Canucks in the very early 50’s. They had very little, frequently drove 30-100 miles to live in and trash American owned camps on Lake Champlain in the winter time. From east of Malone down to Plattsburgh and then Peru, NY they did just that. I recall my grandfather having to send men to clean them out of his 4 large buildings/camps overlooking Valcour Island. This punk Trudeau knows Canada has been screwing us as last year alone they came out 18 billion plus in exports to the USA vs imports. China, Germany, and Mexico are the worse. We saved France’s ass in two World Wars. We still have US European Command in Stuttgart, Germany. The French and the krauts owe us for our military protecting them. They both have a sub par a military complex. Trump is 100% dead on about trade and the military situation. Look at the UN dues they all owe.
Growing up in coastal Maine my first encounters with French Canadians were the summer invasions of Old Orchard Beach. Some memories:
The first time I ever got the finger was from two kids riding in the back of a station wagon. I was on a bike. As they drove past me the kids (under 10 years old) flipped the bird. Quebec plates.
A large family showed up at the McDonald’s I was working at. The manager gave them all sorts of attention and some extra treats. They inverted their half empty milkshake cups on the outside tables and benches as they left.
A friend of mine owned a motel in Old Orchard. Said the perfect room for the French Canadians would be a welded stainless steel cube with a floor drain. Would make clean up easier. He often had couples register only to find that one or two other couples were laying low in the car.
