Bear in mind that this case is not over yet BUT the Baker DID WIN! He was NOT forced to bake the cake.

Which is fine by me because that couple could very easily have just gone to another Baker. On their part it was just as silly and small.

One last item to put this situation into a bit of a personal perspective

A while back you had a dispute with your new neighbors about you property survey. You had an Old one and the neighbor had a new one.

The local G'ment got involved and you had issues to deal with.
