More evidence that if Bill Maher were on a plane flown by a pilot he didn’t like, he would want it to crash just to prove the pilot wasn’t a good one. The guy is a proven idiot just out to get publicity for his outrageous statements and increase his viewers. The best thing to do is ignore him and not post articles about him.

Not at all. The wealthy and welfare classes don’t depend on the economy the way the working class does. If he loses half his net worth overnight, he is still not going to be inconvenienced by the A/C unit dying in his home on a Sunday morning. To them, the economy is a scoreboard that shows their level of success. To us, it is a job or the rising cost of fuel and is our livelihood.
To your analogy, he would crash a plane that YOU are on to prove that the pilot is bad.
