Until such time as Trump finally acts to remove the corrupt layer of Deep Staters that infest the executive branch, NOTHING is going to change. He needs to raze these agencies and start the rebuilding process in order to restore any semblance of integrity in them.
Trump is good at building and renovating things. What better place to do it than in his own executive branch?
