I wonder if does it matter? Consider McCabe. McCabe was fired for "lacking candor" even when he wasn't under oath. In the FBI, "lacking candor" is grounds for termination and considered a close cousin to perjury.
Correct. A retired agent told me that within the Bureau the words lie and perjury are never used in official reprts and otherwise. Lacking candor is always used instead. It protects the agents from prosecution but it allows termination or suspension. In reality, it’s perjury, but not prosecuted as such.
If so, this predates the alleged hack of the DNC server, or even the likelihood that Trump would be nominated. On what basis was there probable cause for Russian involvement in 2015? Watergate? Ha!
So it all hangs on one word?
How do we know that DOJ and FBI are not trying to “lure” Conservatives into a very public “Gotcha” trap before they give us a completely innocent explanation for what “lures” means in that context?
Also need to know whether the Obama administration regularly spied on other powerful government officials. John Roberts’ sudden shift to find a non-credible excuse to support Obamacare was highly suspicious, for example.

I feel that Comey lacks intelligence and discernment. He truly believes his lies and is a bit delusional.

Excuse me if I am wrong, but Watergate involved breaking into the DNC headquarters to SPY on Democrats and quite a few people went to jail for it. Nixon also used the FBI and CIA on political opponents just like B. Hussein. And fingers are being pointed day in day out on a newly elected POTUS who had absolutely NOTHING to do with it? I've seen conflicting stories on what type of visa she had for the Trump Tower visit. Not that this makes a great deal of difference. I recently read a report the probationary visa was issued in Dec 2015 and expired in Mar 2016. She then obtained a standard business visa for the Trump Tower visit. This would have been highly unusual according to the report.
