Sigh. I know...I can relate to them. I understand why they feel as they do, so much so I don’t even get irritated by the posts, because I understand.
I admit to getting a good laugh out of the “If Jeff Sessions were alive, this would never have happened” meme...though now it just makes me tired of all this because I can’t even laugh at it.
We all know Sessions made a huge mistake in recusing himself, which tied his hands in so many ways it is damaging in so many ways.
I still don’t think Sessions is bad, or part of the swamp. He made a mistake. I think Trump does still find some value in him, even if he is extremely frustrated...otherwise, he might well have fired him by now.
Pre candidate Trump flew too close to the target (phony O birth certificate) and started catching flack.
Surprise, surprise, surprise!
But, but Gowdy told us no spies....I heard him. Surely Gowdy would not lie/sarc
You do realize that grand juries have been working at multiple locations since late 2017, don't you? Indictments are based upon provable and admissible evidence -- not common knowledge or creative writing. Prosecutors get only one shot at trial, so each conspiracy case must be airtight. In historical terms, Team Trump has been moving at lightning speed to investigate and take down America's greatest criminal conspiracy. Watch the panicked behavior of his enemies; President Trump knows what he's doing.
Actually, I think that you are indeed quite wrong. It now seems quite clear that Watergate was never about "breaking into the DNC headquarters to SPY on Democrats ." that is just the narrative that the DNC would like you to believe. It was about John Dean attempting to uncover his girlfriend Mo Biner's connections with a prostitute ring run by Heidi Rikan. After that, Nixon got sucked into the vortex of it and ended up running a cover-up for something quite different than what he was accused of . all the while that the Democrats seized on the opportunity in their attempt to execute a coup détat. See the 1992 book Silent Coup: The Removal of a President (Colodny and Gettlin). After watching all the hearings in real time and reading/researching tons on Watergate, I think the Colodny and Gettlin version is as close as it gets to the truth.

Yes,when do the investigations begin with the Obama-Russia scandals?

At no point in history has any government ever wanted its people to be defenseless for any good reason ~ nully's son
Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping!
To get onto The Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping List you must threaten to report me to the Mods if I don't add you to the list...
No doubt Obongo would have loved to take down Trump for that.
But Obongo weaponized everything to serve his personal or political ends. Just one more corrupt Chicago DemonRat who disregards the rule of law for his own purposes.
Bingo! Such precise timing is evidence of a coordinated plan, and the existence of a coordinated plan proves the existence of a planner. It looks like a parade of "cooperating witnesses" begins today with Priestap. My gut tells me that Lisa Page and even Peter Strzok flipped when confronted with their own damning text messages. We shall see...
They were trying to make the Trump campaign like Klan meetings back in the seventies when seventeen people would be at the meeting and fifteen of them were either FBI informants or FBI agents working undercover.
Worth repeating.
All these scandals go back to one thing, Hillary winning, a gross miscalculation. I think thats called dont count your chickens before they hatch.
Great thread. Posts BUMP!
The more they dig in to come to the Obama administration defense and media run interference, the uglier it is going to be.
Obama should have avoided the Clintons at all and any cost. Everyone they touch becomes a train wreck while they walk off from the wreckage. Repeat.
I’m convinced that the FBI has been unethical in a large scale for decades and we have done nothing about it. Their domestic spying has long ago crossed the line. Where is Rand Paul and others railing against this loss of Freedoms and privacy?
The guy pointed out that he thinks Trump is going to be completely vindicated in all this ... and by recusing himself, Sessions effectively shields Trump from any accusations that the whole investigation was just a political whitewash.
Had politics not taught Obama to stay away from anything or anyone Clinton? Think about it? Every il-conceived problem for Obama had / has a Clinton or Clinton associate stink on it. The only possible exception is the Iran deal.
$1.2 TRILLION was reported missing from the military budget on 9/10/2001.
It sorta got lost in the events of the following day.
Which included an airplane crashing into the precise part of the Pentagon that held the financial records...
I agree, there was no collusion so why appear to disrupt or cover anything up.
