But it is also important to know that felonies were committed completely apart from the unlawful spying (such as the leak of the transcript of the Admiral Flynn phone conversation with the Russian Ambassador) where the gears are already in motion for that.
Someone is going to get nailed for that, it is already out there. And that is just one. There are going to be criminal prosecutions, the machinery is already in motion on that.
Sadly, it will likely not be the scope of prosecutions it should be. You are right to warn people about expectations.
Just to clarify, you keep confusing General Michael Flynn and Admiral Mike Rogers. It was Admiral Rogers who met with President-elect Trump at Trump Tower on 17 November 2016, just 10 days after the election - and did so without informing Clapper or Obama. It was General Flynn who was interviewed by Strzok about meeting with a Russian official.
