Was it on the public record, or before the Intelligence Committee and under seal?

“Update: According to email from congressional staff, participation at the closed hearing was limited to only those selected by Committee Chairman (Gowdy, and Goodlatte). The hearing was not available to all committee members. Only Jordan, Meadows and Krishnamoorth were allowed to participate.”

It was a joint committee, House Judiciary Committee and House Oversight & Government Reform Committee.

It is not unusual for private testimony to be heard by only a couple Congressional committee members, as questions and answers are usually negotiated and agreed to ahead of time. Sometimes limiting those present is a condition of the testimony.

The members present were selected by the two committee chairman. Other committee members were not invited.
