Sanders: 'Her disgusting comments and show are not fit for broadcast' White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders slammed comedian Samantha Bee as 'vile,' 'vicious,' and 'not fit for broadcast' after the comedian called first daughter Ivanka Trump a 'feckless c***' on her TBS late-night show Wednesday night.
She demanded Time Warner, which owns TBS and CNN, 'demonstrate that such explicit profanity about female members of this administration will not be condoned on its network.'
TBS, which airs Bee's show, said the comedian was right to apologize about her 'vile and inappropriate language.'
'Samantha Bee has taken the right action in apologizing for the vile and inappropriate language she used about Ivanka Trump last night. Those words should not have been aired. It was our mistake too, and we regret it,' the network said in a statement.

Of course, I’m sure the same cowards here on FR who were blasting Roseanne are applauding this Samantha Bee person (Whoever she is) for her “free speech.” I’m sure they will happily accept her so-called “apology”.
Someone please remind me again why Americans are obliged to be nice and “fair” to the left.

Racist comments or unbelievably tasteless comments, neither one should be acceptable. ABC was right to can Barr, TBS should fire Bee. Not that I expect that to happen. Like Barr, she issued an insincere apology. Unlike Barr, the left will say that is enough.
I think Harry Truman set the precedent for that one.

Let the response come from somewhere or someone else besides
‘The Official White House’. Otherwise, it gives the impression that some little Canadian nobody was able to tease the President and throw him off his game.
The image should not be of the enraged president sitting and dictating a direct answering response to Samantha Bee.
She will be dizzy with delight at the new level of attention and notoriety. Let someone like Don Jr. or Kellyanne Conway respond. The President doesn’t benefit getting into a word war with Bee, who has a very small audience.
