"Judge Napolitano just said that the normal remedy for a contribution violation is a simple fine, but that D ‘Souza was mercilessly prosecuted."

So, did someone spike the judge's coffee this morning?

Why isn't Napolitano doing what he usually does, and criticize both the pardon and Trump?

Napolitano is a libertarian enigma on the FBI/CIA spying on Trump. You’d think he’d be against it, the poisoned fruit, and the violation of the 4th amendment, but he keeps special pleading for the people, based, in my opinion, on what they can get away with under color of law.

But, on D’Souza, he’s right. I’m okay with that. But, like you say, he’s not reliable on other things.

After his recent crusade on behalf of the deep state, I don’t care what the little troll has to say about anything.

Judge Nap is trying get some credibility back after what said yesterday.

Isn't going work.

I'll not be pardoning the judge.
