If you go to 2:40-2:45, they are discussing the problems with Ellicott City. Sean rec’d an email from someone related to a couple of dams which have been opened, he didn’t know their names, but wondered if this is a contributing factor to the recent flooding and the one in ‘16. He mentioned the Patapsco River and Liberty Lake in the area.

There was some real nonsense on local talk radio about the flood. Anyone could look at the video and see the creek charging down the hill many feet higher than the Patapso. But some talk show host said it was because the Patapsco wasn't deep enough and was kept shallow for safety reasons.

The flood, like the one two years ago had nothing whatsoever to do with the Patapsco or dams on that river or the lake
