A locked up gun is no better than no gun at all.
You merely need to insist any home invaders provide a 2 minute warning. It’s only fair, after all.
The individual gun lock safes, that only unlock at the owner’s touch or code entry seem pretty safe to me. And you keep it right by your side. We don’t keep our guns locked when it’s just us, but when little kids visit, we do. Except my husband’s concealed carry, which he almost always has on hi person.
