Its the fallacy called “begging the question.” The premise is restated as the conclusion.

Only no evidence for it exists. And in the case of the so-called intelligence community assessment, no proof of Russian collusion with Trump has been offered or put into evidence.

The fake news media has no interest in ascertaining whether it actually exists or is true. Nor does Robert Mueller the man appointed to investigate whether the claim the Russians colluded to elect Trump has truth to it.

Or than the assertion of Trump’s enemies to the effect its true.

From the left the Assertion IS the Confirmation. Reality for them is a mental construct so what they say is real and true because they say it and no other proof is necessary.
