The Capitol Police turned over a trove of evidence in the alleged Imran Awan House cyberbreach and theft case to the defense attorneys when they were supposed to deliver it to prosecutors instead, according to court documents and a source.
And hours after The Daily Caller News Foundation asked prosecutors about the disclosure, Awans lawyer said he had learned of the forthcoming story from a source on Capitol Hill. TheDCNF had not told anyone other than prosecutors about it.
The cop came to [Awans defense attorney] Chris Gowens office with a stack of papers
Then he came back and said, I thought you guys were the other party. He was very, very angry. But Gowen made copies, the source, whos familiar with The Awans, told TheDCNF.

I truly have run out of words to describe the contempt and disgust I feel when seeing or hearing from the swamp."

I wonder if Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz’s brother was involved in “accidentally” having the documents delivered to the defendants’ attorneys? Sessions should declare there is a federal issue involved and that the DOJ is taking the case over.

About 80 House dems were involved. They are terrified of this. None will file a complaint, is the excuse for the capitol police to not prosecute.
Why this isn’t a national security investigation is baffling. Sessions should just take it over and let the FIB go for it.
Yeah, I know...

...He was very, very angry. But Gowen made copies, I thought that the professional conduct code of ethics for lawyers forbid knowingly looking at tainted evidence, much less making copies of them.
As a lawyer he is held to a higher standard ...

Normally I would say incredible, but bmwcyle nailed it with his:
The DC police are worthless. They are corrupt and a bunch of bastards. They were that in the 1960's and are worse now.

No way. She screwed up. I rattled her as she was a new detective. She was not use to being challenged. I turned everything she said around on her so she stormed out of my house not getting to talk to my son and forgetting her brief case. She came back the next day pissed and embarrassed and with a much bigger cop to try and scare me. It didn’t work.
Ever since then I’ve been anti police on a lot of things. Mainly they are mostly all bad because they don’t report the corruption. Just look at the current FBI. Many know what comey was doing yet they remained quiet.

Are you folks actually expecting justice? The system is rigged everywhere and at every level. The Host is always fed, and it’s enablers always fight off attacks. The cocktail party must never be disturbed. Please pay attention.

Capitol Police take orders from the Deep State. Obviously no L/E agency worthy of the name would accidentally
hand over evidence to the wrong side in a monumental case of Congressional Democrats hiring global spies as IT'S.

I am shocked, I tell you. I am just mortified. Why, how could this have ever happened? Surely, there must be an error in this report. Why, the best people are at work within every agency, finding truth with integrity is their daily goal. They know that President Trump must be fairly investigated at all times.....forthe good of the country.

I know that I'll most likely get berated for saying this, but Sessions may fool you and others in most of these matters.
Just wait a week or two ....... we will all get some 'deep' information.
