I seriously doubt they will charge the armed patron. They are calling him a hero. Our governor is lousy. She is going out of office this November, thank goodness.

Won’t know for sure until all the facts come out but it sounds like he should be covered by the Stand Your Ground law. At some point he knew to draw his weapon and it sounded like it was after he confronted him. One witness said there was a pretty good volley of gunshots at that point.. he most likely saved more lives by taking him out. Civil lawsuits are troubling and need to stop.

The cops may not charge him but the dead man’s family may attempt a civil wrongful death case.
