Thank you. Always appreciated. He is a very special person. One of the most respected in the county. Lived here his entire life except for a little over 2 years in Europe during WWII.
He was his grandfather’s favorite of many grandchildren children. He was trained early for a lead roll. It worked.
Lead roll should have read Lead role.

Greatest Generation. They truly are/were. What a wonderful blessing to still have your dear dad. The stories he can tell, I imagine. It would be a treat just to sit on the front porch with him, to listen to all of his stories.
