Promising to "Fundamentally transform the United States of America". What greater love can a leader have for his country than to want to fundamentally transform it.
All you need in order to evaluate that is look at its signature legislative accomplishment - the ACA (2010). When I look at the premium I would have to pay for insurance similar to what I had as a corporate benefit under my spouse's coverage (what cost perhaps $385/month in 2015) is now roughly $1440/mo.
I ask the question - what part of that is my coverage, and what part is an implicit subsidy for coverage of other people? That should be broken out on the premium statement. That would be transparency.
In order to calculate the premium at $1440/month you would need to have carefully forecast the amount that it would cost to provide a person of my age and health condition with care for one year, and then add a specific and precise component of subsidy for others. The number exists somewhere in the process.
But in fact, Obama's greatest achievement was in fact a well constructed obfuscation. Instead of transparency - which would be a line item on your premium statement that says, for example, "amount you pay to defray cost of premiums for others - $660", there is no information available. They concocted a very cynical solution to the health care issue by hiding the ball from consumers and taxpayers, and thus, by one vote were able to put this over.
That’s what happens when everybody in the District of Corruption decides to ignore part of the Constitution to have the “first black President”.

People with multiple citizenships, loyalties, allegiances were precisely who the founders were excluding from the office with the natural born citizen requirement.
It means you are naturally a citizen because the circumstances of your birth leave no other option and require no action of law.

My Congressman is Peter DeFazio, once was President of the Democrat Socialist of America. I have written DeFazio and have heard back.
Last time was before the Republican ballpark shooting, told him I was scared of the left and their violence. He wrote back and ridiculed me for voting for Trump. At this point, I am "afraid" to put my name in his corrupt path, as the "government" now has succeeded to frighten me to not speak out.
My husband and I will soon be felons, we possess firearms and Oregon is making them all illegal. Even high capacity handguns will be illegal. So do we keep our now illegal guns, that we have had for over 30 years, or do we turn them in to not be set up for a no knock raid, and take us both to prison? Do I set myself up by putting a spotlight on my family by complaining to my Congressman about his party's corruption?
